We’ve added several flight vids to the video page from yesterdays action.
Enjoy!
The latest gallery is now online - click here to view it.
Align Trex 600 with a zenoah 20cc petrol engine fitted. The conversion is all home made so it’s not something you can purchase off the shelf. Definately the first 50 sized gasser I’ve personally seen.
The gallery taken from todays images (shot by Mat) has been uploaded (it’s a biggie!!!)
A video will follow in a day or so showing some of the action from today.
The gallery from the trip to the Grand Canyon today is now online.
There is also a short video of clips from the day which we will add to the videos page once it has uploaded and processed on youtube.
Back to the heli flying tommorrow!
We went Off site to test fly & sort out the problems we’ve had with robs heli. It is now running a new reciever and all appears to be fine, touch wood!! Seen here also is our intrepid professional photographer ‘Mat Watkin’ his photos can be found on the galleries page
There are two new tabs at the top right of the page which link to two new sections of this blog site.
Videos and Galleries do what they say on the tin, although the videos page should be displaying the videos from youtube in the page, but isn’t at the moment, for some wierd reason?
More to be added in a day or two, and of course, the usual blogging through the days as we go along.
Electric failure yesterday. Rebuild late last night til 3:30am. Test flight this morning and the heli was sweet until the AR7100R receiver failed and put the heli in the floor again.
We’re rebuilding it again but the competition is now out of the window for me so I’ll just fly at the funfly instead ![]()
We recommend removing the AR7100 receiver from your helis, especially in warm weather, as it overheats and fails. A well known issue over here apparently!
Still smiling though
